The Labour Party will decide tonight whether to stand a candidate in any by-election in Hone Harawira's electorate of Te Tai Tokerau. This afternoon Labour leader Phil Goff spoke to media about has assessment of the by-election and the Government's 'broken promises' on the Kiwisaver scheme.
