Today Prime Minister John Key, along with Agriculture Minister David Carter and Minister for the Environment Nick Smith announced the Government's plans for water reforms including some national RMA requirements, support for the development of irrigation schemes, and the promise of future investment capital.
Later Mr Key answered questions about spending on Ministers and changes to the kiwisaver scheme planned for the budget.
