Peter Dunne has occupied the middle ground of New Zealand politics like an immovable cockroach. It's a science of being the perfect follower. Very grey, very conservative. Odd, but also predictable [given recent changes in world opinion], to hear him 'bravely' telling the UN people it's time to be "bold" with our approach to drugs.
