If a Witness in Court kept changing their story [as PM John Key and Revenue Minister Todd McClay are], the Judge would likely advise the Jury not to put too much trust in their statements. The current chopping and changing of stories about foreign trusts demonstrates a 'mutability' round facts that is itself pretty foreign to most Kiwis.
