The Honourable Brian Donnelly Resigns

New Zealand First leader Winston Peters has announced the resignation of Brian Donnelly from Parliament.

The Chief Electoral Officer will now follow the constitutional process as laid out by the Electoral Act. At the conclusion of this process, a further announcement will be made.
