"As Speaker, I have no issue with party leaders disclosing payment of MPs legal expenses related to the work of the MP and made from the leader's budget.

With respect to the question of whether this should be mandated, or done at the discretion of each party leader, I have an open mind.

The appropriate forum to discuss this issue is the PSC, and I will place the matter on the agenda for the next meeting."
