Application misconfiguration - access to monthly cost centre management and budget reports

Today Parliamentary Service became aware of an application misconfiguration which has potentially allowed internal access to monthly cost centre management and budget reports. This information was inadvertently accessed by a staff member, who took steps to bring this to our attention.

The information concerned is unrelated to the recent expenses information leak and does not come from the same files.

We have immediately safeguarded ongoing access to the information.
