Grey Power’s Covenant Legal

Grey Power's "Rates Rise Covenant" is above board and doesn't breach the electoral Act as first thought by a Nelson City Council electoral officer.

As a cap on rates was recently adopted at the Grey Power National AGM held in Auckland, this Covenant will be promoted throughout Grey Power from Invercargill to Kaitaia at the forecoming Local Body Elections.
