RADIOWORKS BREACH OF SUPPRESSION ORDER

RadioWorks was today convicted in the Auckland District Court with breach of a suppression order.

The charge relates to the suppression surrounding the Rickards/Schollum/Shipton case and arises from comments broadcast on Radio Live on 26 May 2006.

RadioWorks pleaded guilty to the charge and has been fined $750.
