New Zealand Maori Council is pleased to announce that the Supreme Court has approved the application to "leapfrog" from the High Court to the Supreme Court said Ms Hall.

The case will be heard on 31 January and 1 February 2013. "It will be a challenging opening for the New Year" said Ms Hall.
