Changes to Look for in 2013

Watch out for our next newsletter in February 2013. It will tell you about a significant shift in the way the Robson Hanan Trust, and its two major initiatives, ‘Rethinking Crime and Punishment’ and ‘Justspeak’ will function. Our vision however, remains unchanged – to promote public and political awareness of effective criminal justice policy, and movement toward a tolerant, inclusive and safe society.

Chuck Colson and the Ministry of Reconciliation

In this last edition for 2012, Rethinking takes a rest from featuring analysis and comment on criminal justice policy and practise. Instead, Kim Workman reflects on the nature of our work, and the vision for a more compassionate, crime-free society, by sharing a couple of stories about the late Charles ‘Chuck’ Colson, founder of Prison Fellowship Ministries USA, and Prison Fellowship International, from his 2005 visit to New Zealand.
