“Nitro responds to article published in The Press”

I am writing this statement in regard to the ‘special investigation’ by Blair Ensor published on Sat 31/1/2015.

In this article Ensor correctly stated that I assisted in the establishment of the Te Poaka Tipua Charitable Trust of Linwood, Christchurch

He also published a reference to a historical conviction and a defunct company listing naming me as a former director

Blair Ensor, used innuendo, omission and speculation to create a misleading and mischievous tale of his own imagining

I am seeking legal remedy over the possibility of damages and/or restorative justice
