Third strike sentencing for kidnap and aggravated robbery (x2).

Mandatory maximum penalty of 14 years imposed, but manifestly unjust for that to be without parole.

But for the three-strikes regime, the sentence would have been six years and three months. Lesser minimum period ordered.
