Presenter Madeleine Sami begins the story 21 years ago with ‘1989’, the year New Zealand connected to the Internet.

We celebrate that momentous occasion through video interviews with some of the team that physically made the connection and describe the course it set for our nation. It’s exciting stuff!

And Flying Nun Records land with their first free MP3 download – Inside & Out, the iconic 1989 track by Jean-Paul Sartre Experience.
