having in the competence establishing relations with other

understanding of what must be done to settle the situation.
The Vice Prime Minister emphasized during a briefing at the

dealing with problems of relations with the Russian
Federation clearly realize what must be done and in what
way,” the official emphasized.
Presently Ukraine has enough instruments to preserve peace within the country, he said. “It is significant today for all of us to keep patience, as our patience is the pledge that the situation would be settled in a political way and there would be preserved peace within the country”.
