Comparison: North Harbour / Eden Park / Waterfront

Press Release: NoMoreRates.Com
Attached is a direct comparison for North Harbour Stadium
against the current options.
My comparison is based on the
criteria used in the Mallard presentation last Friday - and
is therefore directly comparable.[see
http://www.beehive.govt.nz/Documents/Files/Stadium%20Comparison.pdf]
The
comments against North Harbour Stadium are my own based on
publicly available information at www.stadium.co.nz -
together with my estimate of some additional costs and
general knowledge of the current debate and history of that
Stadium as a former North Shore City councillor.
On this
comparison North Harbour Stadium wins hands down - so the
final decision will be based on issues not covered in the
criteria such as CBD rejuvenation and Auckland City
'economic transformation'.
