Location of incident: Cathedral Square Christchurch

Incident Type: Bomb Threat Police are currently attending an incident in Cathedral Square Christchurch Central where we have had a report of a bomb being placed in Cathedral Square in an unknown location. The Square and all approach streets are currently cordoned off. There is no further details available at this time. Media please do not call us we will make a release when we can.
