Mill Street
Pit lane – The construction of pit lane is a major project. Completion is expected to be in January 2008. Preparation earthworks are progressing well. Pit lane is being constructed off the carriageway and a safety barrier has been put in place at the roadside. As it is a worksite the area is no longer accessible to the public.

Seddon Road/Mill Street – Seddon Road on the south side of the Mill Street intersection is closed to traffic (on to and off Mill Street) until further notice. Residents can still access this section of Seddon Road from the Norton Road/King Street (Founders Theatre) Roundabout.

Norton Road/King Street (Founders Theatre) Roundabout
Major works to reduce the size of the roundabout began in November. Most of the work will be done off the road within the roundabout perimeter, however, traffic should expect some disruption, including traffic management and redirection, please approach with care. Expected completion date 23 January 2008.
