Overnight motorway closures

The NZ Transport Agency advises of the following closures for motorway improvements and maintenance. Closures start at 9pm and finish at 5am, unless otherwise stated. Work delayed by bad weather will be completed on or before the contingency date.

NORTHERN MOTORWAY (SH1)
• Northbound motorway lanes between Onewa Road off-ramp and Onewa Road on-ramp from 12 to 13 November
Contingency: 27 November

AUCKLAND HARBOUR BRIDGE (SH1)
• Curran Street on-ramp and Auckland Harbour Bridge lanes one and two northbound from 12 to 13 November (approx. 7pm – 5.30am)

SOUTHERN MOTORWAY (SH1)
• Green lane East southbound off-ramp 12 November
Contingency: 26 November
• Hill Road northbound on-ramp 12 November
Contingency: 4 December

NORTHWESTERN MOTORWAY (SH16)
• Rosebank Road eastbound on-ramp 13 November
• Great North Road eastbound on-ramp 12 November
• Royal Road eastbound on-ramp from 12 – 13 November
Contingency: 4 December

SOUTHWESTERN MOTORWAY (SH20)
• Rimu Road northbound on-ramp from 12 to 15 November
Contingency: 12 November
