No More Information On Alleged Incident

Police have had no further information regarding an incident which allegedly took place on Colombo Street, Christchurch on Friday the 20th of February 2009 about 10.00pm.

A female in her mid 20's with blond hair was reported seen running towards Moorhouse Avenue in the vicinity of South City calling for help, when an older model Suzuki 4WD or similar coloured white pulled up beside her.

Two males from the Suzuki 4WD or similar were seen to grab the female and put her into the back of the vehicle. They then returned to the vehicle themselves and drove away on Colombo Street towards Moorhouse Avenue.

Police have requested that anybody involved in this incident particularly the female involved, to contact them in order to confirm her safety.

Any witnesses to this incident are also requested to come forward with any information they may have.
