Tauranga, Whakatane and Opotiki is experiencing thunder
storms and hail. Police are advising the public not to
travel on the roads in these areas as more thunder storms,
hail and heavy rain is predicted. Persons travelling from
Gisbourne through the Waioeka Gorge should delay their
travel.
