Operation Hills - Unsolved Murder
On Tuesday the 28th of April 1998 Claire HILLS, also known as Lisa, aged 30 years, was murdered in her car on Mangere Mountain in Mangere Domain, Auckland.
Claire lived in the suburb of Herne Bay and was due to start work as the manager of McDonalds Auckland International Airport at 3.30am.
At approximately 6.00am, Claire's body was found in her black Mazda 323 hatchback, registration number UH8807.
Her body had been doused in petrol before both she and her car were set alight.
This murder remains unsolved.
