Christchurch Earthquake Appeal

“We are saddened to hear of the devastating earthquake at Christchurch today and our thoughts and prayers are with the people of Christchurch and Canterbury in these difficult times” said Alton Shameem the President of Fiji Club of New Zealand (FCNZ) and the Young Executive Club (YEC).

“We call on all the Fijians in New Zealand, Fiji and internationally; members and supporters domiciled in those areas and elsewhere to help those who are affected in whatever way possible and engage in rebuilding the community.

Please donate to www.redcross.org.nz or get involved with the Civil Defense in Christchurch and other community organizations so soon as possible to help people and their families recover in these devastating times” pleaded Alton Shameem the Chairman of Fiji Club of New Zealand and the Young Executive Club (YEC).

“Our government has taken leadership and through our Prime Minister Honorable John Key and Minister of Civil Defense Honorable David Carter they have moved in swiftly to handle the earthquake crisis.

It is now indeed time to help our New Zealand brothers and sister in their time of need” said Alton Shameem the Leader of Fiji Club of New Zealand (FCNZ) and the Young Executive Club (YEC)
