State Takes Claims Team to Chch Streets
State has created four special mobile claims centres to help affected customers with their insurance claims and queries.
The mobile claims centres can assist State, NZI, ASB, BNZ, Lantern and PSIS customers fill in their claims forms and lodge their EQC claim online.
They will be open from 9am to 4.30pm every day, including weekends, and will move around suburbs as needed. From tomorrow they will be in Kaipoi, Wainoni, Parklands and The Palms in Shirley.
Customers can call 0800 42 42 40 to hear the mobile centre location each day.
Mary-Jane Daly, executive general manager of State said that the whole team was working tirelessly to help everyone in Canterbury get their lives back on track as quickly as possible.
