Wairarapa Police seeking man with links to Palmerston North and Feilding

Wairarapa Police are looking for 21 year old Tristan Abraham who has a total of 16 warrants for his arrest.

Detective Tracey Calder of the Wairarapa Crime Control Unit says Abraham has two warrants for failing to appear in the Masterton District Court on the 9th of November 2010, in relation to driving while disqualified, failing to stop, failing to report an accident, careless driving and obstruction.

"Yesterday a further 14 warrants for his arrest were issued by the Masterton District Court in relation to burglary, unlawful taking of motor vehicles, theft, drug and driving offences."

Detective Calder says Abraham is living in the Wairarapa area but has strong links to the Palmerston North and Feilding and is known to frequent the Wellington area. He could be a danger to the public if approached.

"We want to hear from anyone who may know the whereabouts of Abraham. Anyone with any information should phone the Wairarapa Police in Masterton on (06) 370 0300 or phone Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111."
