Missing Glen Innes youth

Police are seeking assistance in locating a missing Glen Innes youth.

11 year old Brook LEVI is autistic but looks 14 years or older. He is of Pacific Island appearance, about 170cms tall, of chubby build with short black hair in a number two cut.

When last seen by family at about 4.00pm on Friday he was wearing a green long-sleeved rugby-type shirt with a black and yellow stripe and an unknown number on both the front and back. He had long grey nylon, track-type trousers and dark blue or grey Croc shoes.

Brook has limited speech ability and may repeat back what people say to him. He often covers his ears with his hands, may flap his arms if he becomes nervous and may appear frightened.

Brook likes parks and beaches and a large number of police and family are searching, particularly in the area around the Pt England reserve, near where he lives.

Anyone seeing Brook is asked to contact police immediately.
