Local Store Delivers International Success for Domino’s

It’s a case of double delivery success for the team at Botany Junction Domino’s, honoured with not one but two awards for delivery service excellence!

Domino’s Pizza Australia and New Zealand Rally Awards 2011 have named Botany Junction as the recipient of both the Australia & New Zealand Franchise Delivery Service Excellence award and the Franchise Delivery Service Excellence award, taking out the competition within both New Zealand and Australia.

The Botany Junction store took home the awards in recognition of its standout delivery service performance. The awards are given to the franchised store that has the highest percentage of orders being delivered in less than 30 minutes.

Botany Junction Franchise Owner, John Dunn, says being honoured with the two awards is testament to the great team work at the Botany Junction Domino’s store.

“Team Botany Junction is a highly efficient, enthusiastic and dedicated group of people who are passionate about pizza and care about their customers,” says Dunn.

Domino’s Chief Executive Officer, Don Meij, says the Botany Junction delivery service is a credit to the entire team and their ability to get a great quality product out the door and on time.

“The Botany Junction store is emerging as a real success story for us, providing excellent customer service and consistent product quality,” says Meij.

The Rally, which was held in Brisbane in July, celebrates the efforts of Domino’s employees, bolstering team morale and rewarding success by recognising team members who consistently reach extraordinary sales and operational performance while also motivating others to reach the same level.
