Woman dies after stabbing in Strathmore
A woman has died and a man is in a serious condition after a stabbing in a house in Strathmore this morning.
Detective Senior Sergeant Dave Thornton, officer in charge of the Wellington CIB, says police were called to Raukawa Street in Strathmore shortly after 11:30 this morning after reports of a female being stabbed.
“Police and Ambulance were providing medical treatment to the female and another male at the address. They were both in a critical condition.”
After the death of the woman, the man was taken to Wellington Hospital in a serious condition.
