Kiwi Blokes Create Dating Site for Real Estate and Change The Traditional Model

www.realtymatch.co.nz is somewhat like a dating site, where sellers, once listed their property are matched with buyers and buyers matched with sellers.

Judd de la Roche, a real estate sales consultant of 16 years and Wayne Magee, a web designer specializing in online real estate promotion for the last 10 years, combined their expertise to develop a new, low cost way of transacting your real estate deal.

Realty Match was launch in July and already has hundreds of homes on board and numerous buyers with direct matches and direct enquiries, leading to sales.

It works by simply matching the buyers property 'Wish List' criteria to a property with the same specifications. Sellers can list their property for a one off $249 fee and remain on the system until sold. Buyers are free!

Of course most sellers are also buyers, so when loading their property on to www.realtymatch.co.nz, they can also add their buyer 'Wish List' criteria also.

It is important to note that there are no commission fees or success fees - just a one listing fee payment by the seller.

Until now, sellers are faced with two options when selling - either they sell privately, which is a daunting and tricky task with very closed avenues to find buyers, or they can list with a real estate company which comes with hefty commission and marketing fees.

Realty Match has a simple and affordable solution to provide a private seller and buyer a platform to be matched. Either party can stay anonymous if they wish and can contact each other, arrange viewing times or just chat via the system. Buyers can place an offer through the Realty Match system which generates a memo style sale and purchase agreement that is emailed to the respective solicitor of their choice and both parties are guided by an online virtual agent who gives advice and guidance when needed.
