Body Found on AUT Campus
At about 1.20pm
Saturday Police were informed of the discovery of a
deceased, middle aged, female in the grounds of the AUT
Campus, Akoranga Drive, Northcote.
A thorough examination
of the area in which she was found has been conducted.
Police are currently treating the death as unexplained
and will be referring the matter to the coroner.
There
are strong lines of enquiry as to the identity of the
deceased, though she has yet to be formally identified.
