"Charges laid following Hobsonville pedestrian
death"
Two men have been charged with
manslaughter and reckless driving causing death, following
an incident yesterday afternoon in Hobsonville.
A 17-
year-old male pedestrian died after he was hit by a car on
Scott Road.
The men (both aged 17) were remanded in
custody overnight and will appear in the Waitakere District
Court this morning at 10am.
As the matter is now before
the courts no further comment will be made.
