Kapiti-Mana Police name woman found in Pauatahanui Inlet

Kapiti-Mana Police have completed a formal identification process of the body found in the Pauatahanui Inlet yesterday evening.

Police can now confirm that it is Julie Ann SPRINGER who was the focus of a search operation underway since her car was found in Grays Road, Plimmerton, early on Monday morning.

The matter is being referred to the Coroner who will determine the cause of death.

Police wish to thank the public for their assistance over the course of the search operation.
