Our second update.

Local roads are very heavy with traffic. Residents are being urged to give thought to how they will get home as the trains north and south have stopped while the tracks are checked.

Building owners are being urged to check their commercial buildings and residents are being urged to check that their immediate neighbours are okay.

There are some areas without power on the Kapiti Coast and these areas are currently being worked on by Electra.
