Twilight Luging returns to Rotorua this summer

Twilight Luging is back this summer season at Skyline Rotorua, offering visitors and Rotorua residents extended hours in which to make the most of the world-famous luge tracks.

Skyline Rotorua sales and marketing manager, David Blackmore, says twilight luging has been popular in recent years, meaning visitors can take in even more of Rotorua during the day and cap it off with a unique luge experience at night.

“Even if you are one of our seasoned lugers, a twilight trip down the mountain will give you a completely different experience from during the day, with two tracks specially lit and designed to showcase our site’s unique native bush.

“You will also get to enjoy the breath-taking views at dusk from the top of Mt Ngongotaha over Rotorua’s lakes and forests.”

Twilight luging is available now until February.
