About 3.30am on April 1 four people drove up to the Z Energy service Station on Porowini Avenue in a stolen van.
They broke into the service station and stole a large amount of cigarettes. The van, a white 2001 Mazda which was stolen from Mercer Street overnight, was located a short while later in Cairnfield Road, Kensington.

An 18-year-old man will be appearing in the Whangarei District Court today on a charge of burglary.
At one of the addresses police located 20 cannabis tinnies. A 21-year-old woman and 22-year-old man were charged with possession for supply of cannabis. The woman will appear in the Whangarei District Court on June 18 and the man will appear in court on June 25.
