Serious crash on Goulds Road/Leeston Road - near Springston - Canterbury

Emergency services are at the scene of a two vehicle crash reported to have occurred at the intersection of Goulds Road and Leeston Road shortly before 10.15am this morning (23 February 2015).

Diversions are in place on East Maddisons Road and Goulds Road, Bethels Road and Leeston Road, Goulds Road and Chamberlains Road, Goulds Road and The Lake Road while emergency services work to clear the scene.

Fire Service are working to free one person from one of the vehicles.

Canterbury Police ask the public to avoid the area where possible as there will be delays while diversions are in place.
