Police call for witnesses to Waiuku crash
Counties Manukau Police is seeking information on a fatal crash which occurred on Sunday (12 July 2015) in Waiuku just before 6pm.
A motorcycle was travelling east bound along Constable Road, it appears the driver has attempted to overtake a car in front of him, and has then collided with an oncoming vehicle.
The driver of the motorcycle, James Matiu, aged 26, died at the scene.
Police would like to speak with anybody who may have any information about the crash.
