Counties Manukau Police looking for Thomas Shortcliffe

Counties Manukau Police are looking for Thomas Shortcliffe, who has breached his bail conditions by cutting off his electronic monitoring bracelet and fleeing.

The 44 year-old was on bail at a Papakura address for a number of charges, including kidnapping.

At around 11pm last night he is alleged to have cut off his bracelet.

As part of the electronic bail monitoring process, a security guard was dispatched to the address.

Thomas Shortcliffe is then alleged to have assaulted the security guard and fled.

Shortcliffe has gang connections and has links to Northland.

Anyone who sees him or knows where he is should call 111 immediately.
