Sundaze goes Deco this summer

Sundaze goes Deco this summer

Sacred Hill’s Sundaze events return this summer with a Deco themed finale as part of Napier’s Art Deco weekend.

Sacred Hill Vineyards and classic country pub The Puketapu are teaming up once again to provide a third season of the popular summer series over four weekends in January and February 2016.

Held at Sacred Hill’s cellar door, guests can wine, dine and relax amongst the established trees at Sacred Hill’s original winery site in the picturesque Dartmoor Valley. The likes of Elish Rose, Ian Munro, JR Guitars and Men in Black will provide laid back, live music.

The Puketapu’s chef Jess Brown has developed a Sundaze menu of culinary delights designed to complement Sacred Hill wines, and will produce a delicious Deco themed menu for the ‘Deco Sundaze’ event on 21 February.

Guests are invited to dress up in the best Deco costumes and accessories for ‘Deco Sundaze’, which will also feature jazz music from the era and old style games such as croquet, petanque and hop scotch.

Beer, non-alcoholic drinks and free water will be served at all Sundaze events. No bookings are required and parking is free.
