Man arrested and charged with Sunnynook Bus Station indecent assault
A 39 year-old man will appear in the North Shore District Court, charged with indecently assaulting a woman at the Sunnynook Bus Station a week ago.
The man, an Indonesian national, presented himself at a Police station last night.
He has been charged with indecent assault and has been held in custody overnight.
He is expected to appear in the North Shore District Court this morning.
Police would like to thank the media who assisted by publishing the CCTV footage released on Monday, and to the many Facebook users who shared the images from the Waitemata Police Facebook page.
