Police and other emergency services are currently in Bonito Place in Bayview.
A man is seriously injured and is being taken by ambulance to hospital.
Police were advised just after 3.30pm that the man was trapped between a van and the deck of a house.
The initial information from the scene is that the van was reversed up a steep driveway.
It has then rolled forward down the driveway and the man has tried to get in to stop it from moving, but the van has continued to roll down the drive into another property and the man has been trapped between the van and the deck of a house.
Fire Service have managed to free the man and he has been rushed to hospital.
The Waitemata Police Serious Crash unit is onsite.
