Man drowned at a swimming pool in Rotorua
A man has died as a result of drowning at a Motel on Fenton Street, Rotorua this morning at around 9:30am.
Police were asked to assist ambulance staff at the scene where a man in his 40s was found unresponsive in a pool.
The death will be referred to the coroner.
The Police extend their sympathies to the man's family at this tragic time.
