Wellington Police calling for witnesses

"Wellington Police calling for witnesses following disorder incident overnight"

Wellington Police are calling for information from witnesses following a disorder incident overnight which left a woman in hospital with ankle injuries.

Police had been called to an address on Mortimer Terrace, Te Aro to assist the occupier to clear people from the area following a party.

As party goers were leaving the address a person or persons have released the handbrake on a vehicle which has subsequently rolled down the street hitting a number people.

Three people were treated at the scene by ambulance staff with one woman suffering a suspected fractured ankle and the other two suffering minor injuries.

All three were taken to hospital by ambulance.

Four people were arrested at the scene due to disorder.

Police would like to hear from witnesses or anyone who may have footage from the scene.
