"Waitemata Police looking for missing teenager Taila Benfell"

Police have serious concerns for missing teenager Taila Benfell. The 14-year-old was last seen on Tuesday 4 October 2016 in Green Bay in Waitakere.

Police have carried out extensive enquiries to locate her however these have been unsuccessful.

We believe she may be in the Waitakere or Auckland areas however she could possibly be in Wellington.

She is described as Caucasian, with recently dyed blonde hair.

She is around 168cm tall and of medium build.

The attached photo was recently taken.

Her family and police are extremely concerned about her, and ask anyone who can help us locate Taila to please get in touch urgently.
