Police looking to locate Lionel Torrie

"Police looking to locate Lionel Torrie"


Police would like the public's help to locate Lionel Torrie who is wanted in relation to a parole recall warrant.

Police would also like to speak to him in relation to a number of incidents in the Waikato District Police area.

Mr Torrie is believed to be in the Whakatane area, and has links to the Waikato region.

Anyone who sees him is advised not to approach him, and to contact 111 immediately.

He is 33 years old, 176cm tall and of Pacific Island decent.

He also has the name "Lily” tattooed on the left side of his neck and a visible tattoo on the inside of his left forearm.
