Man arrested over Hamilton rape

Hamilton police have arrested a 35-year-old man in connection with the rape of a woman in Fairview Downs, Hamilton, on Tuesday 8 November, 2016.

He will appear before the Hamilton District court today, Thursday 10 November, to face charges in connection with the incident.

Police would like to thank members of the public who provided information to assist with the investigation.
