Police are attending a one car crash on Wainui Road, Ohope.
One lane of the road is closed between Harbour Road and Kowhai Street.
Three people are being treated at the scene for moderate injuries.
Traffic is very heavy and lengthy delays are expected.
Police are asking motorists to please avoid the area and would like to thank people for their patience in advance.
