"Person dies after crash in Far North"
One person has died following a crash between a car and a motorcycle in the Far North this afternoon.
It happened just after 3:30pm on Cape Reinga Road, just south of Te Paki Stream.
The deceased did not respond to extensive CPR efforts and unfortunately died at the scene.
The Police Serious Crash Unit has been advised and will attend the remote scene tomorrow.
