Unexplained death, Opotiki – witnesses sought

The investigation into the unexplained death of a 48-year-old man at the Hikuwai Beach car park continues.

Police want to speak with anyone who was in the area between 7am and 9am on Sunday 28 April.

We urge anyone with information, even if you think it might not be important, to get in touch.

Anyone who can help should phone Detective Sergeant Darren Thomas on 07 308 5255.
