Prison Manager
Criticises Child Commissioner - The general manager of
public prisons is accusing the Commissioner for Children of
trying to apportion blame over the death of a teenage prison
inmate. Commissioner Roger McLay released a report into a 17
year old who was found hanging in his Manuwatu Prison cell

Ombudsman and the Prison Inspectorate. He says the
commissioner’s reports adds nothing to the
case.
